James and his team have just completed installing a new stove and altering the existing fireplace opening at my home. They did an excellent job and left no mess at all. From our initial enquiry to completion of the work, everyone at Sandiacre Stoves have been so friendly and helpful, understanding what we wanted and explaining how to achieve it. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

After having our log burner fitted I would definitely recommend using Sandiacre Stoves, James was very professional and nothing was too much trouble even a slight change in the layout of the chamber lining which I requested was no bother, everything was left clean and tidy, the operation of the stove was explained fully and I can say I am looking forward to many years of use with our new log burner, thank you so much James.

I found Sandiacre Stove via another website and went to them direct. The owner was absolutely lovely to deal with and clearly understands customer service. I tend to shop around for things that I want and found that the prices at Sandiacre were as good as anywhere else. The clincher for me was the sensible approach to p&p. I have no problem paying for p&p at a fair rate and I can say for sure that their rates are more than fair. The products themselves are excellent and, unlike some places, are exactly what you see in the picture. I have no hesitation in recommending Sandiacre Stoves to anyone wanting good quality stove accessories at an affordable price and with outstanding customer service. I will certainly shop there again in the future. I am a genuine customer and have no link to this business.

10/10. From my first impromptu visit into the shop, all the way to arriving home today with the work complete, I can't praise this gem of a business enough. The in-store customer service is both friendly and knowledgeable and when you pair that up with the practical workmanship of the fitters, this really is the best company to deal with if you're looking for a Stove to be installed. The end product looks stunning and the overall finish is faultless. I really can't recommend Sandiacre Stoves enough. Thank you Steph, James, Steve and Team!!
