We had our wood burner fitted by James at Sandiacre Stoves two years ago. Recently I contacted him regaurding a maintenance matter. Today James came out and not only advised us but also carried out some maintenance on our stove. Great service even down the line. From the original advice about the correct stove for us ( which has been perfect for our needs) to continued customer care 2 years later. Thats a quality service! Thank you James and the team.

Had our stove fitted just before Christmas. A potentially trick job was completed with the minimum of fuss and mess and would have been completed in one day if the plaster hadn't needed to dry. Great service!

I had my stove installed by the lovely professional team from sandiacre stoves last Friday just in time for the cold weather. They took away my electric fire, reinstalled the chimney breast and installed my hungry penguin . To say I love it is an understatement . It’s exactly what I dreamed of. The whole team including the staff in the shop have been so helpful before and after the instillation . I would recommend Sandiacre stoves to anyone. Thank you again! 10/10.
