We found Sandiacre stove’s team very professional and friendly from visiting the shop and choosing the stove to installation, they replied to emails straight away when we had a query.Nothing was to much trouble for them we would highly recommend them for their excellent work ,very clean tidy can’t praise them enough

Excellent experience from start to finish with new Archer stove fitted today (24/4/26). Turned up early, old stove removed and new flue and stove fitted by lunchtime by very pleasant business owners who clearly know their stuff. Proper “old school “ customer care, very clean and with humour too. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We have now had a little over two weeks to enjoy our new stove and could not be happier with it. The house feels warmer and our central heating use has plummeted. Add to that the focal point James and Stephanie have created for us and it could not be better.
Right from our first visit to Sandiacre we felt confident that our project was in good hands and that we would be guided to a stove and installation we would be completely happy with. We were not wrong!
The whole Sandiacre Stoves team have been helpful, friendly and professional throughout and the standard of workmanship and attention to detail is exceptional. During the building work, which not only involved fitting the stove but also building a chimney breast and flue, the team were respectful of our home and kept mess and disruption to an absolute minimum. On completion of the installation, we were also given a very comprehensive tutorial on how to get the best from our project.
So, a big thank-you to all involved. If you are reading this thinking about having a stove fitted, we cannot recommend Sandiacre Stoves too highly.

From start to finish the Sandiacre Stoves Team have been great to deal with. From initial site survey, through to booking the installation and the useful getting started brief with a starter bundle. The team were informative and helpful throughout. The install was efficient and the room was left tidy. We are so pleased with our new log burner. The great team from Sandiacre Stoves fitted a chimney liner and the new burner this week in one day. They were professional, friendly, efficient and tidy - kept everything clean and hoovered up at the end too! They left us with a free goody bag, and endured that we were fully informed about how to use it. We would definitely recommend them to others.

James and the team fitted a stove for me last week and the service and workmanship were excellent.
