Couldn’t be happier with our fire from Sandiacre Stoves! We went for the Short Penguin and it’s completed our living room. The team who fitted it were absolutely brilliant from start to finish and really friendly. The finish around the stove is neat and they even put our tiles back on for us! The starter kit we received is great and a really nice touch with the couple of freebies we got! Would 100% recommend Sandiacre Stoves to anyone looking for a fire. Our lounge is so cosy now & the dog won’t move from in front of the fire!!

We recently had two log burners installed by Sandiacre Stoves and we would highly recommend them. We changed our minds several times about the finish we wanted - they were incredibly accommodating! The finished fireplaces look fantastic. They left the house cleaner than when they arrived, and the starter kits and instructions they provided were really helpful!

Delighted with my new Clock burner., Sandiacre Stoves did a brilliant job installing my burner. James ran through everything I needed to know on using the burner and gave me a very useful starter kit to with everything needed to begin using my burner. I highly recommend Sandiacre Stoves.

We had our multifuel stove fitted by James and the team in Sept 2024 and have been using it nearly everyday throughout this cold winter! James lead us step by step through the buying, installation and operation of the stove making the whole process easy and enjoyable. The price of the fully fitted stove was very competitive and we can not rate the team at Sandiacre highly enough.

Sandiacre stoves became our choice of a fireplace after we visited a few places around Nottingham. They had a large selection of UK made stoves. We chose the one that came in multiple colours. They also provided a spray can that matched the stove colour. The box with starter kit was a nice touch. Guys have tidied up after themselves every day. They took no longer than what they promised us. Excellent customer service and communication.

We highly recommend Sandiacre Stoves. They are professionals at what they do. Starting with the Shop Staff who are great. They will advise you with no pushy sales. The work team just got on and did a fabulous job. Kept everything clean and explained how everything worked.

What a brilliant business. Very helpful when we were searching. The installation by James was first class, he took out an old coal fire and fitted new wood burner with stone floor. The advice post fitting was very detailed and I felt so confident about using it afterwards. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sandiacre Stoves if you are looking for a new or replacement wood burner. They also have some fantastic accessories in their shop!

Recently had multi fuel burner installed by James and the team at Sandiacre Stoves. From initial consultation to fitting staff were knowledgeable, professional and polite. You would not have known they had removed and replaced the stove. Every care taken to protect furnishings and flooring.

Had a Blithfield 5 stove fitted by Sandiacre stoves . . James Steph and Leon were extremely professional friendly and hardworking ,They worked non stop and did a fantastic job, They kept my home clean and tidy . The whole experience was faultless from walking into the shop where the ladies were most knowledgeable and so helpful to the fitting and the full demonstration given by James. I would recommend Sandiacre Stoves to anyone considering having a stove fitted. They are so professional.
