Just had a beautiful, elegant stove fitted by James and his team. I can't praise them enough for their efficient professional work. No mess left behind, constantly keeping area clean. Would definitely recommend.

Transformed from a smoky open (not very hot) fire with a block of a chimney breast, to a modern wood burning (hot!) stove and smart chimney breast in 2 days - plus some drying and painting time.
Easy process from starting in the shop to the finished installtion. Lots of welcome info and advice given before being let loose with it!

We have recently had a log burner supplied and installed by James and Steph of Sandiacre Stoves. We we're highly impressed by the service and professionalism that we were given. From the knowledge of the people in the shop, to ordering and having the log burner fitted, we couldn't fault them. Everything was thoroughly explained and the workmanship was second to none. The handover was explained in great detail and followed by a good clean up of the area. We would highly recommend this small family business.

From first walking into the store Mid Jan to the install of our multi fuel stove around in March, the team have been great. They are very knowledgeable about the stoves they sell and the brands work with.
Most importantly at each step of the process they were available and happy to ask questions/offer suggestions and this made the process easy for us. James and the team are friendly and punctual on the survey and install dates.
The bonus was they were able to do the installation (acid wash bricks, build and fit the hearth, fit the flue and cowl and stove) all in 1 day when we expected it to take 2 days.
The handover was very professional not rushed, and the detail shared on how to use the stove and get the best out of it was extensive.
They team installing made minimal noise, were polite, covered the area in protective sheets and cleaned up when they were finished to a high standard. Would 100% recommend them to friends and colleagues interested in getting their own stoves.Mili S & Harry V

Recently have had a stove fitted by Sandiacre Stoves , and what a great job done by James and his team , from the original site survey which gave great information of what was the best solution and what to expect , the installation was on time and carried out with great professionalism , No mess , no dust , home left has they had never been there , would recommend this company to anybody , Fist Class from start to finish ,

We decided to have a log burner from Sandiacre Stoves after seeing the excellent job they did at our daughter and son-in-law's property. James was very helpful at the initial survey stage and he and the team did an excellent job of the installation. The room was left very clean and tidy after the work was completed. I would highly recommend Sandiacre Stoves to anyone considering a log burner.

Sandiacre stoves replaced our old fireplace with a multi fuel stove a couple of weeks ago. From first walking into the shop around 3 months ago, they have been brilliant. They offered very good advice on which stove would be best in our situation. On installation day, they were incredibly tidy, knowledgable and explained in great detail about how best to use it.
