Recently had a Clock Blithfield 5KW Multifuel fitted and very pleased with the outcome. Had great advice on selection, how fitting would go and then loads of advice and information on the Do's and Dont's and how to get the best out of the stove.
There were a few unforeseen hiccups on installation but Steph and the team cracked on and solved every issue, going the extra mile which we really appreciated.
Would absolutely recommend them and will use them for another stove to go in the extension. Great service and great people.

From my first visit to the showroom to the installation of my stove I can honestly say that the levels of customer service delivered by all at Sandiacre Stoves was beyond excellent.

Steph looked after me on my initial visit and spent time introducing the many stoves available. I was like a rabbit in headlights and the advice and guidance provided was invaluable.

The home assessment was completed within a few weeks and further guidance was offered on the work required to remove my existing fire and install a stove.

Thank you to James, Steph and Leon for the time and effort put in on the installation date. They arrived as expected at 8:30am and they worked solidly until the job was completed around 7pm.

I expected lots of mess and brick dust but this was kept to a minimum thanks to the methods they work with. The clear up operation was brilliant too and apart from having to do a good dust throughout, I was left with a clean and tidy room.

Steph stayed on to go over the operating instructions and advise me of the main do’s and don’t’s.

The team left me with a welcome pack that included a small amount of kiln dried logs, kindling, fire lighters, a thermometer and a moisture meter.

I chose the Clock Blithfield 5 stove as it is mid range from a contemporary to traditional looking stove. It has a large window and easy to operate individual primary and secondary controls. The stove is supplied with two good quality fire resistant gloves.

I’m on day three of being the proud owner of the stove and I love it already. The heat it generates is brilliant and it’s the best use of my money in a very long time.

I cannot thank Sandiacre Stoves enough. They are a quality company and I would and have been recommending them to my family, friends, neighbours and colleagues.

We recently had the guys at Sandiacre Stoves fit our wood burner and we are absolutely thrilled with the service they provided for us. From the initial visit to their showroom, to the survey and then the install the team were polite, friendly and very professional. We decided to buy a Clock Blithfield 5 which looks sleek and modern but very classic, the heat it kicks out is phenomenal. The team arrived to fit the burner and they did everything - they swept the chimney, fitted the flu duct, knocked out all the old fireplace, boarded, plastered and fitted the stove all in one day. The value for money this company offers is second to none, we absolutely love our new wood burner and we cannot recommend Sandiacre Stoves enough to anyone looking at getting a woodburner. Thanks James and his team for such an amazing job, we are really really pleased with everything you did. Cheers!!

We were given expert guidance and advice and swiftly arranged a home survey. The team arrived punctually and work was carried out in a clean and professional manner. We are return customers, James did such a fantastic job when he fitted our stove in our first home and since we left that home we’ve desperately missed it. We knew we had to have him back to recreate that in our new home. And We’ve not been disappointed.
Again he (and his team) has done an amazing job! Jame’s attention to details is exceptional.
