Recently had a new fireplace and stove fitted by James, Steph and Leon. They did an amazing job and have transformed our living room.

Where do I start I can not praise the team at sandiacre Stoves enough, Steph came round to do a quote I explained what I wanted . Today was the day of our install it’s taken two days the team Steph, James and Leon they worked very hard in extreme heat. They came prepared with everything to keep my carpets and room as clean as possible, they are very professional. My log burner is perfect it’s even better than I imagined. I definitely recommend Sandiacre Stoves. Thank you.

We are highly delighted with our new wood burners from Sandiacre Stoves. From our first visit to the shop/showroom then survey and finally in our stoves being installed, everyone at Sandiacre Stoves have been most helpful throughout.
The installation team James Steph and Leon are first class installers who explain everything and answer any questions you may have.

I ordered a lovely wood burner stove and it was fitted on time with minimal intrusion. The fitters were exceptionally polite and worked extremely hard on the fitting and repointing of the brickwork, which came up better than I expected. The results were fantastic with the burner now becoming the main focus point of the room. I can't say enough on how brilliant the service and results were. Thank you Sandiacre stoves

We recently had an amazing log burner fitted in our conservatory by Sandiacre stoves. The guys had prepared everything ready but the log burner didn’t arrive, they were constantly lied to about the time it would arrive. Steph and James eventually went the extra mile and actually drove to the couriers and collected it as they had promised to get it fitted that day. They did a brilliant job and I cannot recommend their services highly enough. Thank you , James, Steph and Leon.

We are sitting by a gorgeous stove that you wouldn’t believe was fitted yesterday!!! Outstanding customer service, superbly efficient… what more can I say? More… The team from Sandiacre Stoves skilfully took apart a historic marble fireplace, rebuilt the fire back with matching bricks, lined the chimney, put in a multi fuel stove, put everything back together, and all in a day!!! I don’t think you can get better than that 😊 I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. In fact, after our friends saw it this morning they are considering doing the same thing, so we told them where to go! Sandiacre Stoves!

Had James, steph and Leon from Sandiace Stoves come and install our Churchhill DC5. Very professional throughout from popping into the shop to the quote and installation on the day. The team kept everywhere clean and dust free as much as possible.
James gave a detailed handover of how to work the stove keep it clean and what to do step by step with the stove being new. We also received the instructions in a handover sheet as well. We have a welcome pack which includes logs stove thermometer moisture meter small bundle of kindling and box of flamers.
Everyone from the ladies in the shop to James and his team have done a fantastic professional job we would highly recommend Sandiacre Stoves to anyone.Richard & Nicola Bishop

James Stephanie and Leon completed installation of my Parkray Aspect 5 wood stove
on the designated day.
They worked in a professional way, nothing was
too much trouble, the whole experience was excellent.
The handover from James went through every aspect of the correct use of the stove.
The stove is performing to spec and we are nice and cosy and warm in the conservatory.
If you are in the market for a stove your first place to visit is Sandiacre Stoves, their prices are competitive and service is second to none, you will not be disappointed.

Recently had a Clock Blithfield 5KW Multifuel fitted and very pleased with the outcome. Had great advice on selection, how fitting would go and then loads of advice and information on the Do's and Dont's and how to get the best out of the stove.
There were a few unforeseen hiccups on installation but Steph and the team cracked on and solved every issue, going the extra mile which we really appreciated.
Would absolutely recommend them and will use them for another stove to go in the extension. Great service and great people.Jo and Richard Limb

Fab experience with the Sandiacre Stoves Team! They helped us with the picking of the stove, the options of all the design - James very patient with quoting for a few options! We had to wait for the fit for a few months as they are so busy - but with such excellent reviews and experience we were prepared to wait...and the fit has been #1. We have our old gas stove out and new multifuel burner installed on the same day. The dust and dirt was minimal - everything was covered and cleaned up brilliantly. James, Steph and Leon are all excellent at their work and we would highly recommend - make sure you get the kettle on as they love a cuppa! We are soooo pleased with the burner - but the dog trumps us with priority in front of it lol!

From my first visit to the showroom to the installation of my stove I can honestly say that the levels of customer service delivered by all at Sandiacre Stoves was beyond excellent.
Steph looked after me on my initial visit and spent time introducing the many stoves available. I was like a rabbit in headlights and the advice and guidance provided was invaluable.
The home assessment was completed within a few weeks and further guidance was offered on the work required to remove my existing fire and install a stove.
Thank you to James, Steph and Leon for the time and effort put in on the installation date. They arrived as expected at 8:30am and they worked solidly until the job was completed around 7pm.
I expected lots of mess and brick dust but this was kept to a minimum thanks to the methods they work with. The clear up operation was brilliant too and apart from having to do a good dust throughout, I was left with a clean and tidy room.
Steph stayed on to go over the operating instructions and advise me of the main do’s and don’t’s.
The team left me with a welcome pack that included a small amount of kiln dried logs, kindling, fire lighters, a thermometer and a moisture meter.
I chose the Clock Blithfield 5 stove as it is mid range from a contemporary to traditional looking stove. It has a large window and easy to operate individual primary and secondary controls. The stove is supplied with two good quality fire resistant gloves.
I’m on day three of being the proud owner of the stove and I love it already. The heat it generates is brilliant and it’s the best use of my money in a very long time.
I cannot thank Sandiacre Stoves enough. They are a quality company and I would and have been recommending them to my family, friends, neighbours and colleagues.
