First class service from start to finish! On a recommendation from our neighbour we visited Sandiacre Stoves, as soon as we entered the shop we knew that it was a good decision! The team are so knowledgeable, which clearly comes from fitting the products themselves as well as selling them. There were no pushy sales tactics and they really took the time to understand our requirements so they could recommend the best burner for our needs. The communication throughout the entire process was superb. While installing the team took lots of care to ensure that everything was kept clean and dust / mess was kept to a minimum. They did such a good job of tidying up afterwards it was as though they'd never been there! The handover and guidance of how to use / look after our new Burner was really detailed and helpful. As well as being explained verbally we were given a sheet with all the information that we need to know. In addition we were also supplied with lots of very useful extras, some kindling and a few logs to get started with, a sample of coal, a thermometer, moisture meter and some gloves too! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sandiacre Stoves to friends, family and work colleagues. We will be returning to them for another Stove next year!

We are return customers, James did such a fantastic job when he fitted our stove in our first home and since we left that home we’ve desperately missed it. We knew we had to have him back to recreate that in our new home. And We’ve not been disappointed.
Again he (and his team) has done an amazing job! Jame’s attention to details is exceptional. He executed our vision of a reclaimed quarry tile hearth and brick chamber with ease and it’s exactly how we pictured it. The whole team worked like Trojans all day to get the job done and the quality of work was spot on. James provided a clear and thorough handover, which was very much appreciated. The thoroughness of the Sandiacre Stoves staff from start to finish is like no other trade we’ve had in. They were open to our demands and unphased by our last minute adjustments. We would not hesitate to recommend Sandiacre Stoves.

From the first moment we walked into the shop and till the moment they walked out of our home on installation day nothing was too much trouble. The advice and help in choosing the best log burner for our needs, and throughout the process was excellent. I will recommend this company to anyone who's thinking about getting a log burner installed - friendly and knowledgeable, who could ask for more.

I am very pleased with my multi-fuel stove installed recently by Sandiacre Stoves. From our initial enquiry in the shop to the final installation we were met with pleasant, enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff who helped throughout the various decision making stages. James and the installation team did a very professional job, completed in less than two days with the minimum of mess and inconvenience. All the registration and notification details were taken care of for us. A truly local service and thoroughly recommended.

From my initial visit to the shop, where the ladies were extremely helpful and friendly to having the log burner installed, it was a very good experience. James, Steph and Leon were able to install the burner early and completed the job to schedule. The end result is very good and the workmanship is of very high quality. For the first time user James explained how to use the burner in laymans terms. It's worth maybe paying that bit extra for a high quality job. Don't consider any other company than Sandiacre Stoves. Very pleased with the result. Thanks all of you.

Steph, James & Leon carried out an excellent job in modifying our fireplace from one that contained an integral Log Burner to one that now accommodates a new free standing Aspect 5 Eco. Apart from the care and skill applied in modifying the fireplace and fitting the new Log Burner, they also supplied and diligently fitted a new Flue and Lining. They also took the time to thoroughly explain how to safely operate and get the best from the new Log Burner. We wholeheartedly recommend Sandiacre Stoves for their knowledge, skill and care in providing a first class service.

Sandiacre stoves has just completed the installation of my Dunsley highlander 5 wood burner,a superb quality British product that would grace any room ....
The company has carried out the installation work to a very high standard working under trying conditions due to the recent hot weather...
It's obvious they take pride and care in there work and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody considering a Multi stove installation...

We have had our stove a couple of weeks now ....... its fantastic!! We've had it lit most nights whether we need it or not. The service and installation from James and his team was brilliant and the demonstration and instructions were thorough but made simple. I would recommend Sandiacre Stoves to anyone!!

AMAZING!! From start to finish the team were professionals! From coming out to quote us to fitting it. The team were brilliant. I cannot recommend them enough. They were clean on time and knew their stuff. Worked around us and even when there was an issue with the size of the hearth, they can back and fixed it without issue. Top quality team and products! And because they are local, any issues, we can just pop into the shop! LOVE IT!!

Very professional clean and tidy service from the team, we had a Clock Blithfield 5kg stove in blue with with split slate feature to the ceiling and oiled slate hearth fitted on may 26th 2022 and looks fantastic. Can’t recommend Sandiacre stoves enough, lovely people and top service. Thanks so much.

James, Steph and their team exceeded all expectations from the survey to the install. They were extremely professional but friendly.. They covered my furniture and didn't leave any dirt behind. I absolutely love my Blithfield 5 compact and it looks amazing. James went through all of the instructions with me and I am looking forward to the first cold snap so that I can light a fire.
