We had our log burner installed last week. Very impressed with the professionalism of Sandiacre Stoves from start to finish. They started on time, made every effort to minimise any mess at all times, even hoovered up at the end of each day. Very happy with the Clock Woodburner Blithfield 5. The extra handout James and Steph provided is very good and saved us from having to remember everything. Certainly would recommend them to friends and work colleagues.

Brilliant team work from Sandiacre Stoves , very professional from start to finish. Removing our old stove & replacing it with the lovely Blithfield 5 . Came on time in the morning & worked solid . If you are looking for quite possibly the best possible experience for a woodburner install, look no further than the professional experience I've just received from James, Steph and Leon, and the staff at the shop.
From start to finish, they've exceeded expectations and the finished result is nothing short of spectacular!
I ended up going for the cheaper burner, due to my financial circumstances and I'm definitely not disappointed with the result, this was a long time coming for me, I've been saving hard to afford to have it done, and now I'm really glad I have.
Incredibly hard working team, and the clean up afterwards was impeccable.

James and the team did an excellent job of our stove in August 2021. We had them recommended from a friend and couldn't be happier with the result. They worked really hard to finish the job in one day, staying late to make sure we knew how to use the stove. The finish is excellent nad we weren't left with any mess at all to clear up. A great service, would definitely recommend to anyone, thank you!

I cannot praise James, Steph & crew for the amazing top quality job they made of removing my old gas fire plus supplying & doing absolutely everything required to fit my new stove.They worked non stop morning until night in awful weather conditions( on a ladder sorting out my chimney in freezing winds & snow without complaint).Their work was amazing.I couldn't believe the range of skills & how stunning it looked.After a long awful day James still took the time to thoroughly explain EVERYTHING.We weren't thrown in at the deep end! I am so pleased.I've loved every cold day of April because we have had a lovely fire every evening.Would recommend Sandiacre Stoves 100% & I rarely give reviews or recommendations.A BIG THANK YOU! Worth every penny.

Brilliant from start to finish. Had plenty of help choosing the right log burner and answered all our queries clearly and promptly. Kept us up to date with delivery and installation dates and clearly explained the pricing for everything. Installation was on time, professional throughout and provided a clear handover process. James came and took the measurements etc, and followed up promptly with the quotation. Gave us sound advice to help choose which stove to go for and installed a Clock stove and slate hearth for us in January '21. Good communication pre-install. Really efficient teamwork on install, very tidy, generally and very tidy finished product. Gave a good induction on using the stove efficiently. Very refreshing to have a company who promptly come to quote when they say they will, promptly follow up with a competitive quote, and commit to install date and meet the deadlines they set. Thanks to the whole Sandiacre Stoves team. I would highly recommend you to anyone.

We had our Clock Compact 5 fitted at the start of the week by James & the team at Sandiacre Stoves. They did a fantastic job of fitting our stove. The installation was neat and the house was left tidy with no dust or mess from the installation. The starter pack was a nice touch, as it provided a few essentials to get you going. Thoroughly recommend going to Sandiacre Stoves as we've been so happy with the our stove, hearth and oak beam.
